Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
